2016 MTV Video Music Awards Winners & Performance

The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards are going down tonight at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Fifth Harmony, Alicia Keys, Kim Kardashian, and more will present awards throughout the event, with musical entertainment being provided by Rihanna, Britney Spears, Future, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, and others.
As we reported last month, Beyoncé leads the pack this year with 11 nominations in total for Video Of The Year, Best Collaboration, and more, while Adele follows closely behind grabbing eight nods of her own. Drake, 2 Chainz, and Chance the Rapper will compete for Best Hip-Hop Video, while Bryson Tiller and Desiigner both have a chance at taking home Best New Artist.
Kanye West has also been given four minutes of unscripted time to do whatever he wants this evening, which may be the most highly anticipated appearance the festivities have to offer. Tonight will surprisingly also mark the first time Future has ever performed at the MTV VMAs.
See the complete list of nominees and winners as they are announced below. We will continue to update the post throughout the night with live performance footage and more. It all kicks off at 9PM EST.
