In a compassionate response to the recent environmental crisis in Ara Ajatakiri Village, Ikwuano LGA, Abia State, the United Nations International Peace and Governing Council, under the directive of Special Envoy Amb Dr
Mrs. Kelechi Unono-Okagbare, through her delegates, pledged to provide immediate relief to the village. This commitment includes the drilling of a borehole to ensure the availability of clean and safe drinking water for the residents. This initiative aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, particularly the goal of ensuring availability and sustainable management of water for all.
