1) CAN WE MEET YOU?

Resp: Am EJOH UGOCHI VIVIAN but am proudly called DAMSEL A K A (H R H- Her Royal Hottest)..

2) WHERE DID YOU GROW UP?

Resp: I was born in Lagos Nigeria ikeja precisely but I grew up in Shomolu- Bariga where I had my primary and secondary education. Then to lasu Ojo for my university education where I studied mass communication but majored in public relations and advertising..

3) WHEN DID YOU START MUSIC CAREER?

Resp : Music for me I really can’t pin out the period it started in my life because it started up for me as a music lover. I try to rhyme; sound like some
favourable artiste of mine back then JOE and JLO lol. Then in a short while I find my self composing songs though very amateur (smiles) but to me it was the best achievement so far as I see my self doing what I think was the impossible for my peers as I will always ask them to drum for me during break time and I sing for them my newly composed song. Later I joined the children choir of my church because of the love that was growing rapidly for music in me. There and then I got brushed with sounds and rhymes.. After a while I moved to the adult church then to this point where I started doing it full time as not a passion but a business.

4) WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO DO MUSIC?

Resp: My inspiration is often from within and the surrounding.. I love to talk about Wat am use to as an experience or usual occurrences in my daily life. But recently I try to dwell in other people’s experience in other to step out of my comfort zone.. And so far I think is working because a step away from the usual brings a better result even in production of sounds..

5) WHICH FAMOUS ARTISTE DO YOU LOOK UP TO?

Resp: Smiles. I love Brenda Fassie south African songstress but she is late now may her soul rest in peace. Another dope pick for me is Banky W and 2face this is because I love their simplicity and uniqueness in delivery .. If Grace permits me I did like to work with them.

6) WHAT GENRE OF MUSIC DO YOU DO?

Resp:I do dancehall raga basically but can switch into other genres depending on what is required of me or the inspirations brought by the beat.

7) ARE YOU CURRENTLY SIGNED TO A RECORD LABEL?

Resp : No am not. Still hoping to get signed soon. But I run a team work in other to make the move easier and faster under a self oriented platform H R H VILLE. It not a record label yet . We crafted it to perfect certain moves and easy recognition..

8) WHICH STATE ARE YOU FROM?

Resp : Well am from the eastern part of Nigeria imo state precisely owerri ngor okpala local government..

9 DO YOU PLAY ANY INSTRUMENT? IF YES, PLEASE SPECIFY .

Resp : NO I don’t for now.

10) DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER JOB APART FROM MUSIC ?

Resp: smiles music needs fueling. Can’t really say this is what I do specifically because i get myself involved in transactions in other to put body and soul intact including music spending..


11)HOW DO YOU COPE WITH THE MEN IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY THROWING LOVE AFFECTIONS TOWARDS YOU?

Resp: Smiles. Music or no music men will always com wit admirations and even giv u the highest support as a matter of fact. They are fun to be with so the best is for a lady to think as a man and act as a lady as well as apply selective mechanisms when dealing with the male fans. I love them and they have been showing me loyal love and support.. I don't really see them to be what to worry about at all. I simply play the card with common sense



12) DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN A COMPETITION WITH CYNTHIA MORGAN SINCE BOTH OF YOU SINGS SAME GENRE OF MUSIC?

Resp: Morgan is a matron and a grand mathron in my field as well.. to be I love and appreciate her craft but our starship differs in a way. We are not competing in any way we simply love and do music and trill our fans world wide in different light. Respect to her and her craft she is a queen and she rocks so do any other female act rocks because the game is about rocking the fans in different shades and light..

13) HAVE YOU EVER BEEN EMBARRASSED ON STAGE WHILE PERFORMING ?

Resp : well won't call it an embarrassment but if you tag it so then cool. I have been french kissed without my notice on stage before. Lol. It was an experience I can never forget that day it an history. God bless my fans for the love they show each time I come closer to them through my music.

14) YOU INTRODUCED YOURSELF INTO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY SOME YEARS BACK & YOU WENT OFF, SURPRISINGLY YOU CAME BACK WITH A BANGING DOPE SONG TITLED (RAINBOW) THEN NOW GHEN GHEN SONG, DID YOU SEE YOURSELF GOING OFF AGAIN OR YOU HAVE COME TO STAY FINALLY IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY?

Resp: Lol I left because I needed to put a lot in place.. education most importantly.. am good now and am back better than I was cos the distance from the music huddle field made me study music and the diff style and genre therein. The space from music gave me the chance to understand me better and work on my weakness. I neva regretted it but and perfectly back and am stable right now so make una no panic lol..

15)ARE YOU A MEMBER OF COSON?

Resp: In process

16)WHAT CAN YOU SAY ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES OF COPYRIGHT SOCIETY OF NIGERIA ( COSON) UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF MR TONY OKOROJIE?

Resp: It a fair play as to what have been hearing .. we all need to put minds; hearts; and head together cos it a joint lifting up.

17) IF YOU BECOME THE HEAD OF COSON TODAY , WHAT WILL BE YOUR PLANS TOWARDS THE NIGERIA MUSIC INDUSTRY?

Resp : it will Still be on royalty right but in a more transparent way. Mr Tony is doing a great job from wat I have seen so far .. but a more open system to how it works is very important..

18) SEVERAL UPCOMING ACTS ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO YOU, CAN YOU ELABORATE MORE ON THE CHALLENGES YOU PASS THROUGH WHILE GROWING UP AS A MUSIC ACTS?

Resp: Hmm. To be candid there is no end to challenges..the younger you are in the game The smaller your challenges will be but the bigger you grow the bigger the challenges. This is becos the easiest pace is trying to be a celeb but the most difficult pace is how to maintain the pace when you become a house hold name so my dear the challange grows bigger as u grow bigger and larger brandwise in the misic world .. so no soft bed here u keep up the light for life..

19)HOW DO YOU FEEL KNOWING YOUR MUSIC IS SPREADING & YOUR HUSTLING IS YIELDING POSITIVITY?

Resp: Blessed and more blessed is the best way to describe the feelings .. it started really small but it yielding income and fame to me. I feel blessed . I feel relieved but strengthened..



20)WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE ISSUE OF SEXDOLLS?

Resp: Omo na nonsense wey go later make sense as far as marketing is concern. Advertising is the sole of business anytin properly advised will sell purr fact..

21) ANY FOURTHCOMING PROJECT LIKE ALBUM & TOURS etc?

Resp: Yes my videos are dropping really soon. Working it out already . As for the tour we are on it as well.

22) ADVICE TO UPCOMING MUSIC ACTS?

Resp: Remain true and loyal.

Resp: Lovers.. it wasn't me that Got me this big and recognised it was you guys that made the hussle count.. please keep the light up for I sure will bring you Grammy home. It a promise and am on it..
